Registered Manager

to take the helm of our newly opened, 4-bed Ofsted-registered home.

This is more than just a role--it's a chance to shape futures. You'll play a central role in creating a safe, therapeutic space for children aged 8 to 18 who have faced trauma, neglect, or disrupted care. Your leadership will be the anchor that helps them find stability and begin a new chapter.

Your Role


As Registered Manager, you'll lead with clarity, care, and purpose. You'll be responsible for:

Overseeing day-to-day operations in line with Ofsted standards and best practice Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a high-performing care team Developing and reviewing tailored care plans for each child Embedding a trauma-informed, therapeutic approach throughout the home Building strong relationships with families, professionals, and external agencies Driving continuous improvement and striving for excellence in every inspection

What We're Looking For



Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete) Experience as a Registered or Deputy Manager in an Ofsted-regulated children's home Proven success in leading inspections and delivering high-quality care outcomes Strong safeguarding knowledge and a deep understanding of trauma-informed care Emotional intelligence, resilience, and a child-centred leadership style A genuine commitment to helping children build stable, fulfilling futures
