The role of Breakfast & Afterschool Club Manager at our Bishop William Ward Club offers 27.5 hours worked 7.15am-9am and 2.45pm-6pm Monday to Friday, this can be term time only or all year round as there . are additional hours in the companys holiday club at Highwoods.
What you will be doing
Have full responsibility for the day to day running of the club.
Leading an established team.
Taking on the role of Lead Safeguarding Officer, ensuring safeguarding and wellbeing procedures are followed.
Providing fun and inspiring play and learning opportunities.
What we are looking for
You to hold a level 3 or above childcare qualification and have relevant experience.
A strong knowledge of the EYFS framework.
You to be experienced in leading a team.
Someone who can communicate effectively with staff, parents and children.
Someone who shows true passion in delivering a high quality of care to the children.
Someone who is fun, likes playing games and can think on their feet so to ensure that children have the best experience of play.
