About The George

The George of Piercebridge Hotel is a historic coaching inn, dating from the late 1500's. We are passionate about our humble heritage, from our famous grandfather clock to hosting royalty and the legendary highwayman Dick Turpin (quite sometime ago). Originally known as the Bridge Inn, the positioning of the hotel is in-between an ancient Roman bridge and a late medieval bridge, the hotel was named after King George III.

Responsibilities

Preparation, cooking and serving of breakfast foods. Control of breakfast stock. Ensuring cleanliness within the workspace and compliance with Health and Safety provisions. Assist in setting up rooms for breakfast according to need. Assisting in prep for afternoon and evening service. Knowledge of menu offerings. Adhere strictly to rules regarding health and safety and awareness of company practices.

Pay: 8.60-12.21 per hour
