Duties
Prepare and cook a variety of breakfast meals according to established recipes and menus.
Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen area, including proper storage of ingredients and equipment.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure efficient workflow during busy service periods.
Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist in ordering as necessary.
Qualifications
Previous experience in a restaurant or similar culinary environment is preferred.
Strong knowledge of meal preparation techniques and food safety practices.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen setting while maintaining high standards of quality.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail.
