We are seeking breakfast Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and safety. Responsibilities
Prepare and cook high-quality breakfasts according to the customer specifications.
Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety guidelines and regulations.
Assist in meal preparation, including chopping, slicing, and marinating ingredients.
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during busy periods.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Cook or in a similar culinary role within a restaurant setting.
Strong knowledge of food safety practices and regulations.
Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of quality.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail in meal preparation.
A passion for cooking and creativity in developing new recipes.
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team in a busy kitchen environment.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends as required.
