passionate and driven Breakfast Manager

. As our

Breakfast Manager

, you will:

Lead from the front:

Inspire, train, and manage a team to deliver warm, professional, and proactive service from early morning through to late breakfast.

Deliver standout service:

Ensure seamless daily breakfast operations, from buffet setup to a la carte service, while consistently exceeding guest expectations.

Drive performance:

Upsell menu items, encourage guest feedback, and continuously look for ways to improve both revenue and satisfaction.

Maintain standards:

Be present on the floor, spot issues before they happen, and make sure every guest feels welcomed, relaxed, and well taken care of.

Collaborate cross-functionally:

Work closely with the kitchen, housekeeping, and front office teams to ensure a coordinated and consistent guest experience.

Support operations:

Handle guest queries and payments confidently and efficiently, and ensure smooth service even during peak times.

What We're Looking For



To thrive in this role, you'll bring:

Hospitality experience

with proven team leadership in a similar role (e.g., Restaurant Supervisor or Assistant Manager, ideally in a hotel environment). A

genuine passion for customer service

and a flair for creating special moments through hospitality.

Excellent communication skills

, both with guests and your team. The ability to

stay calm under pressure

, multitask and manage time efficiently.

Flexibility

to work early mornings, weekends, and bank holidays. A good command of the English language and eligibility to live and work in the UK.
