As a

Breakfast Manager

, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:


Lead the team to ensure they provide polite and efficient service at all times, ensuring daily briefing are conducted, checking opening & closing duties, assigning task, preparing floor plan, focusing on customer service.

Closely monitors the quality of food and beverage to ensure a consistently high standard, ensuring that service checks are carried out with F&B Attendants.

To analyse daily/weekly/monthly beverage sales identifying opportunities for increasing profitability and maximizing revenue for implementation.

Ensure all company standards including Micros cash management system and credit card handling procedures are adhered to at all times and any discrepancies identified are fully investigated with appropriate action taken.

You will be required to work such hours as are necessary to fulfil their duties and in any event not less than hours.
