We are seeking a dedicated and personable Bridal Consultant to join our team as a Saturday Stylist. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service to brides-to-be, assisting them in selecting the perfect wedding attire and accessories. This role involves guiding clients through their bridal journey with professionalism, enthusiasm, and expert advice, ensuring a memorable experience that reflects our commitment to quality and personalised service.
Exciting opportunity to join a great team. Basic daily rate plus commision. Full training given. Must be available every Saturday. Extra hours can be given from time to time to cover holiday etc.
Duties
Greet clients warmly and establish a welcoming atmosphere for bridal consultations
Assist brides in selecting wedding dresses, veils, accessories, and related products based on their preferences and requirements
Provide expert advice on styles, fabrics, colours, and fitting options to help clients make informed decisions
Organise appointments efficiently while managing multiple clients simultaneously
Upsell products by suggesting complementary items to enhance the bridal experience
Maintain an organised display of merchandise, ensuring the boutique remains tidy and visually appealing
Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale system
Follow up with clients post-appointment to gather feedback and assist with any additional needs
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth daily operations and excellent customer service
Skills
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette
Organisational skills to manage appointments, stock levels, and client information efficiently
Basic maths skills for handling transactions and measurements accurately
Time management skills to prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment
Merchandising knowledge to create attractive displays that showcase products effectively
Upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities while maintaining genuine customer care
Ability to work well within a team, demonstrating organisational skills and adaptability in a dynamic setting
