BTEC Sport Tutor - 16-19 Football Education Programme

- Broadfield Stadium, Crawley RH11 9RX
- Full-Time | 26,000-30,000 per annum
- Start Date: Mid-August 2025 (or sooner if available)

About the Role:

Join Crawley Town Community Foundation's dynamic team as a BTEC Sport Tutor. You'll play a pivotal role in delivering the educational component of our 16-19 Football Education Programme, combining classroom instruction with the passion of football to inspire and develop young athletes.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver Pearson BTEC Level 3 Sport qualifications. Plan, teach, and assess to high standards, ensuring student engagement and achievement. Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback. Collaborate with the Education Manager and wider team to enhance programme delivery. Support students in exploring progression opportunities post-programme.

Requirements:

A sports-related degree or equivalent. Recognised teaching qualification (e.g., PGCE, BEd, Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training). Experience teaching BTEC Level 3 Sport or similar programmes. Strong organisational and communication skills. Commitment to safeguarding and promoting student welfare.
