ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
To ensure that the Group's Health and Safety Policy is adhered to in respect of the Company's responsibilities.
To attend relevant seminars, courses and workshops as requested
To manage service provision to the client and tenants.
Working in a small team you'll be experienced in dealing with multiple tasks and systems.
Assist the Building Safety Team in accumulating and preparing documents for supplier and residents.
Sending out mail merge documents.
Monitoring and replying to Directors, Leaseholders, Residents enquiries.
Ensure safe working practices across our spaces through Health & Safety standards.
Full training will be given, and you'll get lots of support while you learn the ropes and settle in.

Skills
Effective communication skills
An understanding of H&S
High attention to detail
Excellent IT skills, including all of Microsoft Packages and a high level of computer literacy with practical knowledge and application of all Microsoft Office applications.
Office administration experience
Ability to organise and prioritise workload and work on own initiative.
Qualifications
GCSE - English and Maths
IT Literate
