Join Our Team: Seeking Building site Manager

Position

Site manager needed for an initial 6-month contract at a residential new build site near Barnet, North London.

You will be required on site Monday to Friday and will report into the project manager, who will attend site for 2 days per week.

In addition to experienced site managers, we welcome applications from skilled multi-trades, who are looking to progress into a site manager role.

This is a great opportunity to work for a building company which has some exciting projects coming up, working directly with and learning from the owner/project manager, who is an experienced builder with over 20 years experience.

To be successful in this role you will need to demonstrate the following skills to a high degree:

Attention to detail Communication skills Expectation management Problem solver, focusing on solutions Highly organized Excellent multi-tasker Reliable and Prompt
This role will start around June/ July 2025.

Competitive salary dependant on Experience.
