We are seeking a talented and experienced Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. Responsibilities



Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to established recipes and presentation standards Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely service Supervise and manage kitchen staff, providing guidance, training, and support to optimise team performance Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness in compliance with health regulations Coordinate food production activities to meet customer demands efficiently Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed Ensure all dishes are prepared with attention to detail, consistency, and quality Collaborate with front-of-house staff to deliver excellent customer service during service hours Assist in menu planning and development to reflect current culinary trends and customer preferences

Skills



Proven supervising experience within a busy kitchen environment Extensive knowledge of food production, preparation, and cooking techniques Strong team management skills with the ability to motivate and lead staff effectively Excellent food safety awareness and adherence to hygiene standards Experience in hospitality or restaurant settings with a focus on high-quality service delivery Leadership qualities with the ability to organise tasks efficiently under pressure Competence in food presentation and attention to detail in dish execution Good communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and front-of-house staff Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, or special events as required

Pay: From 70.00 per day
