Summary

We are seeking a talented and passionate Burger Chef to join our team at Feed By Mr D in our Wigan site, you will play a vital role in creating delicious dishes and maintaining high standards of food quality and safety. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to a growing company dedicated to excellence in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities

Prepare and cook a variety of burgers, fried chicken & loaded fries according to company recipes and standards. Supervise kitchen staff and ensure smooth daily operations. Manage food production processes to optimize quality and efficiency. Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene. Collaborate with management to develop new menu items. Lead by example in delivering excellent customer service. Ensure proper food storage and inventory management. Support team members in their professional development.

Qualifications

Proven supervising experience in a professional kitchen. Strong culinary skills with a focus on food preparation and cooking. Excellent team management and leadership abilities. Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices. Previous restaurant or hospitality experience is highly desirable. Ability to work efficiently under pressure. Passion for culinary arts and customer satisfaction.
