PLEASE NOTE: This role is required in the office 5 days per week due to job responsibilities and customer/client deliveries.

To Support the Purchasing, Sales and Office functions in maximising revenue, customer experience, cost savings and hitting SLA's.

The expected split of task will be: 50% Procurement, 35 - 40% Sales, 10-15% Office Management



This role will report into Head of Sales, and will support the sales, purchasing and office functions. This position is essential for ensuring smooth business operations by managing office administration, procurement processes, and sales back-office functions.

Procurement & Vendor Management:



Manage procurement of IT hardware, software, and services for client projects and internal needs.

Develop and maintain relationships with distributors, and suppliers.

Negotiate pricing and terms with suppliers to optimize costs.

Process purchase orders, track shipments, and ensure timely delivery.

Maintain inventory records and assist with asset management.

ISO Stakeholder responsibilities; including, Supplier Approval Process.

Sales Back Office Support:



Assist the sales team in preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts.

Process and follow up on sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely execution.

Coordinate with suppliers and distributors to secure product availability and pricing.

Maintain CRM and other sales-related databases with up-to-date customer and transaction details.

Generate sales reports and assist in forecasting activities.

Support account managers in customer interactions, including follow-ups and scheduling meetings.

Office Management:



Oversee daily office operations and ensure a productive work environment.

Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility-related tasks.

Handle administrative tasks, including document management and internal communications.

Support HR functions such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records.

Essential Skills



3+ years of experience in similar roles encompassing procurement, or sales support and office management preferably within an IT MSP or technology company.

Strong knowledge of IT products, services, and suppliers.

Proficiency in CRM systems, ERP tools, and procurement platforms.

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.

Strong communication and negotiation abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and other business tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred skills



Knowledge of Facilities & Health & Safety Regulations

Knowledge of ConnectWise

Experience with IT procurement portals and distributor platforms (e.g., Ingram Micro, Tech Data, Synnex).

Familiarity with ITIL practices and MSP operations.

Understanding of sales and contract management processes.

Training on internal and external systems will be provided.

All employees will be required to complete a customer NDA, Confidentiality and Privacy Agreement, and GDPR acknowledgement before their start date.

All employees will be subject to a Verifile referencing process which will include a full DBS & 5-year employment/education check. Any offer of employment will remain conditional until satisfactory referencing is complete.
