Summary

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our team at V Square IT Solutions Limited. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving business growth and expanding our client base. Your efforts will directly contribute to our mission of providing exceptional software solutions.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth. Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential clients. Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients. Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales strategies. Negotiate contracts and close deals to achieve sales targets. Provide feedback on customer needs and market trends to inform product development.

Requirements

Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the software industry. Strong understanding of software solutions and technology trends. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for building client relationships. Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools is a plus. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
