Responsibilities:
New Business Development:
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within our existing customer base, focusing on Servers, Storage, and Hybrid Cloud solutions.
Cold Calling & Outreach:
Conduct proactive cold calls, email outreach, and networking efforts to uncover new business opportunities and develop relationships with decision-makers.
Cross-Selling & Upselling:
Identify opportunities to cross-sell and upsell additional solutions such as Networking, Security, and Data Center services to maximize revenue within existing accounts.
Client Needs Analysis:
Engage with clients to understand their unique business challenges and IT requirements, positioning the most relevant solutions to address those needs.
Sales Presentations & Proposals:
Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to prospects, showcasing Sumillion's expertise in IT infrastructure, hybrid cloud solutions, and data center technologies.
Collaboration:
Work closely with the Cloud and Secuirty Business Development Executives (Cloud BDE) to align outreach efforts and leverage their expertise in cloud-based solutions, ensuring a holistic approach to client needs.
Pipeline Management:
Manage the sales pipeline, track opportunities through the sales cycle, and ensure timely follow-up with leads using our CRM system.
Market Insights:
Stay informed about market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies to adapt strategies and identify new growth opportunities.
Achieve Sales Targets:
Meet and exceed personal and team sales targets, contributing to the overall growth and success of Sumillion.
Requirements:
Proven Experience:
Demonstrable experience in business development, sales, account management, with a focus on IT solutions such as Servers, Storage, Hybrid Cloud, or Data Center technologies.
Strong Knowledge of Data Center Solutions:
A broad understanding of servers, storage, networking, security, and hybrid cloud infrastructures.
Sales Expertise:
Experience in cold calling, lead generation, and relationship-building to drive new business and revenue growth.
Excellent Communication Skills:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels of an organization.
Analytical & Strategic:
Ability to assess market opportunities, client needs, and potential sales strategies to drive results.
CRM Proficiency:
Experience using CRM tools to track sales activities, opportunities, and client interactions.
Goal-Oriented:
Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales, focused on achieving individual and team targets.
Collaboration Skills:
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Desirable:
A degree in Business, IT, or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
