Are you an ambitious and results-driven professional looking for an exciting opportunity in business development? First Choice Nursing (FCN Group) is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to join our team in either our Birmingham or Stratford branch.

About the Role:



As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding our client base within the healthcare sector. Your primary focus will be on securing new clients through proactive engagement, including client meetings, cold calling, reactivating previous relationships, and competitor research. Additionally, you will manage and grow your existing portfolio of client relationships, ensuring consistent engagement and identifying opportunities for increased business.

You will work closely with our consultants to support them in building their client base and securing shifts for them to fill. This role will require occasional travel for client meetings (at least once per month).

Key Responsibilities:



Identify and engage with potential clients through cold calling, meetings, and relationship-building activities. Re-engage with previous clients to generate new business opportunities. Conduct competitor research to identify new opportunities and market trends. Maintain and grow a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring high levels of service and satisfaction. Collaborate with consultants to support client development and secure work shifts. Attend client meetings in-person as required (at least once per month). Achieve and exceed sales targets through strategic business development efforts.

Skills & Experience Required:



Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (ideally within healthcare, recruitment, or related industries). Strong ability to build and maintain client relationships. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Self-motivated with a results-driven approach. Ability to research and analyse competitor activity. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems. Willingness to travel for client meetings (minimum once per month).

Pay: 28,000.00-32,000.00 per year
