We're looking for a Business Development Executive or Recruitment Sales Consultant to drive new business and develop strong relationships within the health and social care sector across South Wales and beyond.

What You'll Be Doing:
Winning new clients in the health and social care recruitment space through outbound cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
Developing and managing your own client desk, with the potential to shape your vertical or region.
Upselling and cross-selling across our range of staffing services to maximise account value.
Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and consistently identifying new opportunities.
Collaborating with our resourcing team to ensure candidates are placed quickly and efficiently.

What We're Looking For:
Proven sales experience, ideally in recruitment, B2B, or staffing.
A self-starter mentality -- highly motivated, resilient, and confident in working independently.
Comfortable with cold calling and capable of managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to close.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Preferably able to bring a client base or warm leads with you.
Knowledge or experience in the health and social care sector is a strong advantage.
