We are looking for dynamic, ambitious Business Development Executives to join our team in our Warrington office.
We provide advice to UK and global property investors, with a heavy focus in the UK residential markets. We have a strong proven track record and specialise in exclusive off-market property investment, helping new and existing clients create wealth through property investment.
Very attractive basic salary is dependent on level of experience + uncapped commission.
About the Role
We are growing and need experienced, passionate, diligent individuals to join our dynamic and hard-working team.
Business Development Executives will support Investment Consultants in sourcing potential clients by calling through the company database and receiving company-supplied leads. They will qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring they are a good fit for UK property investment opportunities, and book them into the consultants' diaries. The role requires maintaining detailed CRM records, preparing appointment reminders, and providing general administrative support. The ideal candidate will have a great phone manner, be highly self-driven, inquisitive, a fast learner, able to focus on mundane tasks for long periods, and be highly competitive.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Sourcing
Client Qualification
Scheduling Appointments
Calling through the company database to identify potential clients.
Conduct initial outreach to potential clients via telephone to introduce UK property investment opportunities.
Engage with potential clients to understand their investment goals and preferences.
Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure they are a good fit for our investment offerings.
Maintain detailed records of all interactions and client information in the CRM system.
Coordinate and schedule qualified clients for consultations with Investment Consultants.
Ensure that all appointments are accurately booked into the consultants' diaries.
Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and provide any necessary information.
Administrative Support
Manage and update the CRM system with accurate and up-to-date client information.
Prepare and send appointment reminders and follow-up communications.
Provide general administrative support to the sales team as needed.
Required Experience:
Previous experience in a telephone-based role, preferably in sales or customer service.
Experience using lead databases and CRM systems, would be beneficial but not essential as full training will be provided.
Very high intensity and able to maintain focus on tasks for long periods of time.
Great phone manner with clear and articulate communication.
Hugely self-driven and highly competitive.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential clients.
Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
Proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Inquisitive nature and a fast learner.
