Business Development Executive

to help us grow our client base and push our services into new markets.

The Role



This is a dual-focus role. You'll manage and convert

inbound leads from our lead generation

while also driving

proactive outreach

to bring in high-value clients.

Key Responsibilities



Inbound Lead Conversion



Respond promptly to qualified inbound leads generated by our marketing campaigns. Hold engaging discovery calls to understand prospect needs, challenges, and goals. Develop tailored proposals and presentations that demonstrate ROI. Nurture warm leads through the decision-making process to close. Maintain high conversion rates from lead to client.

Proactive New Business Development



Identify and research target clients in priority industries. Build and maintain a healthy outbound pipeline through networking, prospecting, and referrals. Initiate contact with decision-makers via email, phone, LinkedIn, and events. Represent Evolution Media at industry events, exhibitions, and networking opportunities. Create opportunities for high-value, long-term client relationships.

Other Core Responsibilities



Manage the full sales process from initial conversation to signed contract. Collaborate with our creative and strategy teams to shape solutions and proposals. Ensure a seamless handover to account managers and delivery teams. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Track activity, pipeline health, and forecasts using our CRM. Share market trends and competitor insights with the leadership team.

What You Bring



Minimum 3 years' experience

in business development, sales, or account growth, ideally in a marketing, content, or creative agency. Experience managing both

inbound lead conversion

and

outbound prospecting

. Strong understanding of

content marketing

,

B2C campaigns

, and

lead generation strategies

. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Comfortable engaging with senior decision-makers. Strategic, organised, and highly results driven.
