Familiarity with software tools, particularly Salesforce, is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outreach.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct market analysis to identify trends and potential areas for growth.
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop proposals and ensure successful project delivery.
Track sales activities and client interactions using Salesforce to maintain accurate records.
Attend industry events and conferences to promote the company's services and expand professional networks.
Requirements
Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within a relevant industry.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in using software tools, with experience in Salesforce being a significant advantage.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong desire to achieve targets.
A degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred but not essential.
