The Role:
This is a hybrid role combining recruitment, on-boarding, business development, and marketing -- perfect for someone who thrives on variety and enjoys being out meeting people, attending industry events, and building strong commercial relationships. You'll be at the centre of their expansion strategy, sourcing and supporting advisers while also contributing to marketing and brand visibility.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment: Proactively identify, engage, and onboard high-quality self-employed mortgage advisers and commercial brokers
On-boarding & Support: Manage the end-to-end on-boarding process, including compliance checks, system setup, and ongoing adviser support
Business Development: Seek out growth opportunities, partnerships, and referral networks to drive adviser acquisition
Field-Based Activity: Attend industry events, networking functions, and meetings to build brand awareness and strengthen connections
Marketing: Work closely with internal teams on promotional campaigns, social media content, and regional events to attract talent and business
Administration & Operations: Provide light-touch HR/admin support and ensure systems and documentation are properly maintained
About You:
Proven experience in business development, recruitment, or adviser network growth (ideally in financial services or mortgages)
A confident, proactive communicator who enjoys meeting people and building relationships
Comfortable working independently and managing your own diary
Able to balance field-based activities with administrative follow-up and reporting
Experience with on-boarding processes or adviser networks is highly desirable
A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly
