Role Overview:
As a Business Development Executive, you will drive commercial growth by sourcing, negotiating, and managing high-value partnerships with creators, affiliates, and influencers. You'll own the full sales cycle--proactively identifying opportunities, pitching the Mentools value proposition, closing deals, and developing long-term, profitable collaborations that scale brand impact in the men's development, fitness, and mindset space. Success will be measured by pipeline growth, revenue impact, and quality of strategic relationships built.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively build and manage
a pipeline of prospective creator, affiliate, and partner relationships, sourcing new opportunities via outbound outreach, networking, and strategic targeting
Pitch Mentools' unique value proposition
, negotiate deal terms, and close partnership agreements to drive measurable commercial results..
Own onboarding
and ongoing partner relationship development, ensuring consistent value delivery and high satisfaction.
Track and report against KPIs:
partnership revenue, campaign ROI, and pipeline health.
Maintain expert market awareness
on emerging trends, competitor activity, and new growth channels..
Collaborate cross-functionally
to ensure partnerships align with product, marketing, and company growth strategies.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related field.
Minimum 1 year hands-on experience in business development, sales, recruitment, or B2B account management, outreach, and campaign development; agency or brand-side background acceptable.
Strong negotiating, relationship-building, and communication skills: proven record of personally managing influencer or creator partnerships from outreach to activation.
Knowledge of influencer marketing platforms, analytics, and campaign reporting tools.
Highly organised, analytical, and able to prioritize and execute multiple projects with attention to detail.
Genuine enthusiasm for personal development, fitness, wellbeing, and mindset; ability to speak credibly and passionately about related topics.
