Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, research, and outreach. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to prospective clients. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Utilise Salesforce software to manage leads, track sales activities, and report on performance metrics. Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and expand professional networks.

Experience

Proven experience in business development or sales roles, preferably within a similar industry. Strong proficiency in using Salesforce software for lead management and sales tracking. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with clients at all levels. Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team. A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational skills. A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is advantageous but not essential.
