Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to support our growth strategy, develop partnerships, and identify new opportunities for market expansion. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving the restaurant's visibility, increasing customer engagement, and supporting financial performance through targeted business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic collaborations to increase the restaurant's market share. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform marketing and operational strategies. Assist in planning and executing promotional campaigns, both in-house and across social media platforms. Engage with local businesses, food bloggers, influencers, and community groups to promote the Miss Pho brand. Support the Director with fundraising initiatives, investment outreach, and business presentations. Track and report on business performance metrics, customer trends, and marketing ROI. Help identify and develop secondary revenue channels, such as catering services, food delivery partnerships, or private dining events. Coordinate with other teams (marketing, operations, finance) to ensure alignment with growth objectives.

Key Skills and Experience Required

Previous experience in business development, sales, or marketing (hospitality industry experience preferred). Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of marketing strategy, digital engagement, and customer behaviour. Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and handle multiple projects. Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic CRM tools; knowledge of social media and marketing platforms is a plus. A proactive, commercially aware mindset with attention to detail.

Desirable

Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or related field. Experience working in or with restaurants, F&B groups, or hospitality start-ups. Knowledge of Vietnamese culture and cuisine is a plus.
