A unique opportunity to support the expansion of a digital agency operating across international trade, foreign direct investment, and B2B outreach.

This fast-evolving agency is building a scalable, partner-led model focused on delivering strategic commercial support for clients in global business development, events, and market entry. With a strong international outlook, they are seeking a proactive individual to drive outbound B2B engagement and support international growth. While this is a remote-first position, being based near London is preferred for occasional meetings and events.

As a Business Development Executive, you'll play a key role in identifying, qualifying, and nurturing new business opportunities for both the agency and its clients. You'll use a combination of research, outreach, and relationship-building to help drive business development strategies across global markets.

What you'll be doing:



Researching and building outbound B2B lead lists using platforms such as LinkedIn, Crunchbase, and curated directories Initiating and coordinating outreach through email, video calls, and phone conversations Supporting proposal development and tailoring messaging for specific markets or sectors Managing updates and workflows using tools such as Monday.com, CRM systems, and Zapier automation Attending UK-based trade shows, client meetings, and networking events as required Collaborating with internal teams to refine outreach strategies and measure lead quality and progress

What you'll need:



Strong research and writing abilities with persuasive communication skills Prior experience in B2B business development, outreach, or customer-facing roles Confidence working with CRM systems, digital tools, and outreach platforms A proactive, adaptable mindset with strong attention to detail and organisational skills A degree or Master's in Business, International Business, or a related discipline (preferred) Fluency in Spanish or Italian is a strong advantage A personable and outgoing approach, with confidence in speaking to senior stakeholders
