Job Description

As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving growth by identifying and converting new business opportunities within the catering and hospitality trade. You will also manage a portfolio of existing clients, ensuring excellent service and fostering long-term partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential customers in the catering, hospitality, and foodservice sectors Promote the company's product range including food, packaging, and hygiene supplies Conduct client visits, product presentations, and site assessments Build and manage a strong pipeline of prospects and opportunities Negotiate pricing, terms, and supply agreements within company guidelines Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends Maintain accurate records of activity and sales progress in CRM or reports Collaborate with purchasing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure seamless service delivery Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events where relevant

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in B2B sales Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive attitude Knowledge of the catering trade and current market trends is desirable Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or CRM systems
