Celestial Globe Southwest Limited (http://cglobe.co.uk/) is seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive growth in our UK real estate market, specifically targeting high-net-worth Chinese investors. This role is crucial in expanding our client base and establishing Celestial Globe as a leading choice for Chinese property investors in the UK.

Responsibilities

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the high-net-worth Chinese investor market.

- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets for UK property investments.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential Chinese clients and key stakeholders.

- Conduct market research to stay updated on UK real estate trends and Chinese investor preferences.

- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients, showcasing our premium UK properties.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of property transactions and client services.

- Negotiate contracts and close deals with Chinese investors.

- Track and report on sales performance and business development activities.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.

- Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the real estate sector.

- Strong understanding of the UK real estate market and Chinese investor trends.

- Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and English is essential.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain client relationships across cultures.

- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
