Position Summary
We are seeking a highly driven and results-oriented
Business Development Executive
to join our growing team. This is a foundational role in our sales organization, focused on identifying and generating new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for technology and a talent for building relationships. You will play a key role in expanding our market presence and fueling the growth of Holotwins.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting:
Conduct market research to identify potential clients, new business opportunities, and key decision-makers in target industries (e.g., healthcare, manufacturing).
Initiate and manage outbound prospecting campaigns through various channels, including cold calling, email, and social media outreach (e.g., LinkedIn).
Qualify inbound leads and set up meetings or product demonstrations for the sales team.
Relationship Building:
Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their business needs and challenges.
Clearly articulate the value proposition of Holotwins' digital twin solutions and how they can solve a client's specific pain points.
Represent Holotwins at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to generate new leads and build brand awareness.
Pipeline Management:
Meticulously manage and update a sales pipeline using a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Track and report on key metrics, including the number of calls, emails, meetings booked, and qualified opportunities generated.
Collaborate closely with the Sales and Marketing team to ensure alignment on lead generation strategies and campaign execution.
Market Feedback:
Gather and communicate market feedback and intelligence from prospects to help inform product development and marketing strategies.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role, preferably in a B2B technology or SaaS environment.
Strong understanding of prospecting techniques and lead generation tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and persuasive demeanor.
Proven ability to research, identify, and contact key decision-makers within organizations.
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
An ambitious and resilient mindset, with a strong desire to learn and grow within a sales career.
Experience with CRM software is a plus.
