Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving growth within the Firm. This role requires a proactive approach to Business expansion, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of market trends.
Duties
Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with the firm's goals.
Identify and pursue new client opportunities in line with our practice areas.
Strengthen relationships with existing clients and referral partners.
Support branding, marketing, and communications initiatives.
Monitor market trends and provide insight to support the firm's growth.
Skills
Proven experience in business development, preferably within a legal or professional services environment.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Proactive, strategic thinker with a results-driven approach.
Comfortable working independently and managing priorities over a part-time schedule.
