Welcome to CrossHR, a strategy and management consultancy company based in London, specialized in business strategy, revenue growth management, AI & data solutions, and sustainability. The Business Development Executive will play a critical role in the growth and success of Crosshr Ltd. In addition to business development responsibilities, the individual will leverage their extensive experience in business strategy, revenue growth, and sustainability to offer high-value solutions to SMEs in the UK.

Responsibilities:



1) Business Development and Growth



Identify potential clients and business opportunities to expand Crosshr Ltd's portfolio. Build and maintain trust-based, value add relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry networks. Deliver long-term client value Execute marketing strategies to promote Crosshr Ltd's services in the UK market. Event participation; represent the company at key industry events.

2) Client Consultancy Services



Provide tailored consultancy services to SMEs in various industries, focusing on business strategy, revenue growth, and sustainability practices. Conduct in-depth business diagnostics to identify client pain points and recommend customized solutions. Develop and implement growth strategies that improve clients' operational efficiency and profitability. Deliver workshops, training sessions, and presentations to client stakeholders.

3) Operational Oversight



Ensure Crosshr Ltd operates efficiently, adhering to internal policies and compliance regulations. Own forecasting and account planning on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis. Stay updated on market trends, legislative changes, and best practices.

Qualifications:



Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university. 7+ years of experience in a strategy consulting firm with focus on Strategy, Corporate Finance, Growth Strategy or similar experience in other industries. 2+ years of experience in team management. Excellent conceptual problem-solving skills and highly analytical thinker, with the ability to operate at both strategic and tactical levels. Strong project management skills with the ability to influence and lead projects across multiple business units, with willingness to operate as an individual contributor as needed. Strong interpersonal skills and capable of interacting and communicating effectively at all levels of the organization through both written and verbal channels Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. User experience in at least one of the business intelligence tools such as Oracle BI, MS Power BI, SAS BI. Fluent in English. Self-starter with a strong ownership mindset.
