Our company is a dynamic, FCA-registered financial firm specialising in mortgage, protection and investment solutions. With ambitious growth plans, we are expanding our partner channel network and need a results-driven Business Development Executive to own this mission-critical function.

This isn't just a business development role, but an opportunity to be the architect of our partnership strategy. You will be given the autonomy, resources, and a rich pipeline of inbound leads to build and nurture a portfolio of strategic partners, directly driving new revenue and market expansion.

Responsibilities



Experienced in business development or relationship management (work experience from a finance background would be preferable). Results-orientated, embracing challenges and quarterly target. Adaptable, able to grow with the role, work with different people and be flexible. Self-assured, driven, able to make decisions and take responsibility for them. Self-disciplined and organised. Fluent Mandarin; Cantonese language speaking is a plus. Bachelor degree or above. Preferably related to Banking and Finance sector.

Your Mission:



You will be responsible for the end-to-end development of our partner channels and leads generation. Your primary objective is to identify, secure, and manage strategic partnerships that deliver a measurable and significant pipeline of qualified leads against your set targets.

What You Will Do:



Execute the partner strategy:?identify high-value partnership opportunities through online and offline channels, and create an actionable plan to engage them. Generate a qualified pipeline:?take ownership of the partner lead generation process--from initial contact to signed agreement--consistently exceeding quarterly targets. Build strong, mutually beneficial relationships with key decision-makers, positioning our services as the premier solution for their clients. Leverage your knowledge of industry trends and competitor activity to identify untapped opportunities and sharpen our competitive edge.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: 23,809.00-28,000.00 per year
