We are seeking a highly motivated and results - driven Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal Candidate will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving growth for our company. The specific candidate has to be an individual who possesses strong self-management skills, is driven by financial goals consistently meets or exceeds expectations, willingly puts in extra effort when needed and values autonomy in their work environment.

As a member of the team you'll be at the forefront of recognizing customer needs and delivering tailored solutions across multiple products and propositions.

Responsibilities -



Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through various sources, including cold calling, networking, and market research.

Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions

Track and report on sales activities, pipeline and revenue generation to the line manager

Meeting/exceeding dynamic KPI's set within the contact centre
