Turn your passion for the housing sector and property into a rewarding career with uncapped commission.
Are you driven with experience in the housing market looking to take your career to the next level? If you work in a new homes sales division, valuation team, regional contractor, or structural warranty sales team this opportunity could be your springboard into the property finance lending sector. If you love the property sector, have a sharp eye for new development opportunities, and enjoy building strong, lasting relationships in the housebuilding sector, this could be your ideal next move.
At Assetz Capital, one of the UK's leading property finance providers for SME housebuilders, we're looking for a commercially minded, ambitious individual to join us as a Business Development Executive.
In this role, you'll use your knowledge of housing to connect property developers, from smaller refurbishment players to regional builders with tailored finance solutions. You'll work closely with clients to understand their plans, listen to their challenges, and help them secure the funding they need to bring exciting new projects to life.
This is more than just a sales role, it's an opportunity to make a real impact in the property development sector while building a successful, long-term career with a growing business.
Why Make the Move?
Ideal for someone with a proven track record in housing sales who are eager to transition into a client facing, relationship driven role with opportunities for growth.
Instead of chasing the next instruction or sale, you'll help shape much bigger outcomes, giving property developers and SMEs the funding that drives the whole project.
You'll have the freedom to manage your own market, backed by resources, brand and expertise of a national lender.
Your inside knowledge of the property world, coupled with strong negotiation and people skills, will help you open doors and turn contacts into long term partners.
