Location:

Remote, though travel required to Leamington Spa on three occasions annually

Salary:

28,000 +

uncapped commission

(OTE 40,000+)

We're PAWS Therapy Dog Training, a passionate dog-mad super team bringing life-changing Therapy Dog programmes to schools across the UK - and we're hiring for a

Business Development Executive

to support our mission of impacting even more lives.

About the Role



As our Business Development Executive, you'll be at the heart of our Schools Division, responsible for introducing schools and educational settings to our unique Therapy Dog Programme. You'll guide them through every step, from initial interest to onboarding, supporting them to welcome a calm, child-loving dog into their school community.

Your job? To inspire, connect, and convert.

You'll:

Drive new client acquisition with a consultative, people-first approach Deliver exceptional interviews that guide prospects toward an enrolment decision Handle follow-ups swiftly and professionally via phone, email, and WhatsApp Build and maintain a healthy, high-quality sales pipeline Collaborate with our close-knit, high-performing team to exceed targets Be part of a growing company where your ideas and ambition make a real difference

What We're Looking For



You're:

Ambitious, self-motivated, and target-driven (you don't just meet goals, you smash them!) An exceptional communicator, both written and verbal Confident on the phone and leading meaningful conversations Organised and detail-oriented, managing multiple leads and follow-ups with care A team-player who thrives on shared wins, but can also fly solo. Resilient, adaptable, and open to learning and growth

Experience-wise, you'll have:



A proven track record in a business development or sales role Solid IT skills (especially email and CRM usage) Background or understanding in at least one of the following:

Education, Therapy, Social Work, Counselling, or Pet-Assisted Interventions

(a huge plus!)
