Summary

We are seeking a Business Development Executive to join our expanding team at Serenity Specialist Care. In this role, you will play a vital part in driving growth and enhancing our services for young people. Your contributions will directly impact our mission of providing exceptional care and support.

Responsibilities

Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our services. Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities and community organizations. Collaborate with internal teams to create tailored service proposals that meet client needs. Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Represent Serenity Specialist Care at industry events and networking opportunities. Assist in the development of marketing strategies to promote our services.

Requirements

Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably within the healthcare sector. Strong knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM software is essential. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders and clients. Self-motivated with strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively.
