Due to the continued success and growth of our agency, we are seeking a dynamic and ambitious Business Development Executive to join our Sales Team. This in-office role represents the foundational layer of the agency's sales structure, designed to attract ambitious professionals who can develop comprehensive sales skills while contributing to the agency's revenue generation.

The Opportunity



As our Business Development Executive, you'll be responsible for finding, nurturing and closing deals that will contribute significantly to our revenue growth. This role requires a driven, people-oriented professional with strong business acumen and relationship-building skills to forge and nurture connections with both potential clients and ICAAL team members.

Guided by our Chief Growth Officer and working alongside another Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for self-generating leads by leveraging ICAAL's robust marketing ecosystem to find and engage prospects. Your ability to pick up the phone and close deals is crucial and prior experience of selling digital marketing services would be a benefit.

ICAAL will provide comprehensive training on our sales collateral and sales enablement toolkit, which includes our custom proposal builder and CRM. You will receive an in-depth induction into ICAAL's retained services, AI offerings, and SaaS products, ensuring you are fully equipped to succeed in your role.

This role offers a clear commission structure, complemented by attractive setup bonuses, providing ample opportunity for personal and professional growth within our fast-growing agency.

Key Responsibilities



Researching businesses, individuals and industry trends to identify potential new clients and markets and ways to serve existing clients better Contacting potential new clients using phone and email to gauge interest and plan meetings Preparing client presentations and materials, including presentations and proposals Meeting new and existing clients in person Negotiating business terms with new and existing clients using phone, email and in-person meetings

Requirements



Proven experience in cold calling and telesales Experience in selling digital marketing services is a plus Excellent communication and presentation skills Proficiency in using CRM systems Understanding of digital marketing services, including PPC, SEO, and AI solutions

Pay: 24,600.00-40,000.00 per year
