As Business Development Executive, your responsibility will be to engage and develop leads and prospects into active accounts, through the delivery of best-in-class sales processes, over the phone, via webchat, email or face to face. Your prospect set will be self-generated New Business, your principle role will play a fundamental part in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives

Main responsibilities and duties



Be the first point of contact for all new sales all inbound calls/ emails, / chats and distribute to correct sales team member. Generate pipeline from prospecting and deliver demos to potential new customers and close new business. Proficiently communicate the offerings and solutions provided by BroadShield, highlighting their key features and advantages Work closely with our Client Experience Team for the successful and seamless on-boarding of clients. Assist in organising and maintaining the prospect database. Conduct preliminary research to identify potential leads from various sources. Collaborate with team members to categorise and prioritise leads. Achieve targets and KPI's as issued to you. Including making a high volume of quality telephone calls to speak to decision makers and generate leads. Maintain BroadShield Prospect records on the appropriate systems. Track your daily tasks using our CRM system. Use the CRM to generate and issue contra*cts.

Essential Skills



Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Minimum 1-2 years' sales experience (ideally in a telesales or call calling environment) with a proven track record of working towards KPI and targets. Excellent communication and listening skills. To enjoy working with customers and building relationships. To be well-organised and thorough, even under pressure.

Salary 27,000 - 29,000 per annum (Dependant on experience) 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
