Billy's Coffee Company is a fast-growing, independently owned supplier of premium coffee machines, artisan coffee products, and hydration systems. Based in Stratford-upon-Avon, we pride ourselves on delivering outstanding service and high-quality beverage solutions to businesses across the region.
As part of our ambitious growth plans, we are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Business Development Executive to join our team and play a key role in expanding our customer base within a 30-mile radius of our HQ.
The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for someone at the start of their sales career to join a dynamic business with real growth potential. Your primary focus will be on identifying and generating new business leads, securing sales, and building strong relationships with clients across key postcode areas: CV, B, OX, WR, and GL.
Key Responsibilities
Proactively identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
Promote and sell our range of coffee machines, coffee products, and hydration systems.
Develop relationships with key decision-makers across a range of businesses and sectors.
Manage your sales pipeline using our CRM system to track activity and progress.
Work independently and as part of a team to achieve agreed sales targets.
Attend sales meetings, networking events, and client visits as required.
Provide regular updates and reporting to the management team.
Ideal Candidate
Highly motivated and target-driven, with a genuine interest in sales and business growth.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Confident presenting and pitching to potential clients.
Organized, with good time management and attention to detail.
Comfortable using CRM systems and other sales tools.
Based within a commutable distance to Stratford-upon-Avon.
Full UK driving license
