Our team of expert engineers is available around the clock, providing reliable and efficient service to commercial clients.
The Opportunity:
We're looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to drive growth by securing new commercial clients and building strong relationships with existing ones. You'll play a vital role in expanding our customer base, increasing revenue, and supporting our reputation as the go-to drainage contractor for local businesses.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach new commercial customers through outbound calls, networking, online research, and events
Build and manage a robust pipeline using HubSpot CRM
Prepare tailored proposals, present solutions, and negotiate contracts
Develop strong relationships with key accounts to drive repeat business
Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to align sales efforts
Meet and exceed monthly sales and activity targets
About You:
Proven B2B sales experience (facilities, construction, or service industries preferred)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently
Strong organizational and time management skills
CRM experience (HubSpot preferred); confident with LinkedIn and email prospecting
Full UK driving licence required
