About the Role:

We're seeking motivated and talented individuals to join our the Direct Sales pod of our Retail Business Development Team. In this role, you'll take an active part in helping prospective customers make informed decisions about our retail policies, guiding them through the sales process and ensuring they have an exceptional experience at every step of their journey.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional service to potential customers looking to purchase retail policies. Assist with the seamless onboarding process through various communication channels. Own and manage administrative tasks for the Retail BD Team, helping to deliver a smooth and professional customer journey. Be the first point of contact for prospective customers - making a great first impression of WPA. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve and exceed sales targets for the Direct Sales channel.
Based at our Head Office in Taunton, Somerset, this role offers a vibrant and supportive working environment. There may also be occasional travel to meet business needs.
