About the Role



Reporting to the Head of Sales & Marketing, we are now looking for a driven and resourceful Business Development Executive to join our expanding team and drive our growth even further. As a Business Development Executive, you will support the Business Development Managers by generating new leads to assist in Rapid Clean's growth goals. You will play a key role in connecting with potential clients, whilst developing ongoing conversations and ensuring our CRM system is kept up to date.

What You'll Be Doing



Your responsibilities will include:

Identifying and targeting new prospects via existing customers, database research, LinkedIn, and own initiatives.

Generating a set number of appointments each week, booking in for BDMs and assisting with associated administrative tasks.

Staying up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

Working closely with the sales team to ensure appointments are effectively managed.

Assisting in maintaining and updating client information and business opportunities using Rapid's CRM system.

Following up on interest generated through marketing campaigns.

Undertaking other tasks to optimize sales revenue to assist in meeting the sales team's targets.

Who You Are



We are looking for a driven, resourceful, and conscientious team player to join our existing sales team. If you're interested in pursuing a career in sales and marketing, this could be the starting point for you.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident telephone manner.

Confidence with cold calling and crafting professional email communications.

Ability to work as part of a team, as well as on own initiative.

Effective time-management skills.

Self-drive and tenacity to pursue new opportunities.

A strong desire to succeed.

Interest in pursuing a career in Sales

What You'll Need



Thorough knowledge of Microsoft 365.

Experience in generating new business leads via data management and research (ideal but not essential).

To be educated to A Level or equivalent.
