We're now looking for a
Business Development Manager
to help us expand our reach and strengthen our partnerships in the pharmaceutical distribution sector.
What You'll Be Doing:
Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical distribution sector
Developing and implementing strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market presence
Building and maintaining strong client, partner, and stakeholder relationships
Conducting market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape
Preparing and delivering presentations, proposals, and contracts to clients
Monitoring sales performance and providing regular updates to senior management
Staying up to date with industry developments and regulatory requirements
What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in business development or sales (ideally in pharmaceutical or logistics sectors)
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Strong understanding of temperature-controlled logistics and pharmaceutical regulations
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strategic thinker with a results-driven approach
