We are seeking an experienced and driven

Business Development Manager

to lead our efforts in expanding our business footprint, nurturing existing relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Business Growth and Development



Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the dental industry. Leverage industry contacts to generate leads and establish relationships with potential partners. Develop and execute strategic plans to expand market share and achieve sales targets. Calling out, both cold and warm leads to generate new business.

2. Partner Relationship Management



Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with current partners. Act as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and fostering loyalty. Conduct regular check-ins to ensure partner satisfaction and identify opportunities for collaboration.

3. Revenue Optimization



Increase revenue by identifying and capitalizing on sales opportunities within the partner network. Deliver tailored training sessions to partners, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to effectively promote our products and services. Monitor partner performance and provide actionable feedback to drive improvements.

4. Market Insights and Strategy



Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics. Provide regular feedback to the leadership team on market conditions and opportunities for growth. Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align business development initiatives with company objectives.

Ideal Candidate Profile:



Experience:

Proven track record in a business development or sales role within the dental industry.

Network:

Established network of contacts within the dental field, including clinics, distributors, labs, and industry professionals.

Skills:

Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.

Knowledge:

In-depth understanding of dental products, services, and market dynamics.

Motivation:

A results-oriented individual with a passion for driving growth and achieving measurable outcomes.
