Business Development Manager

Salary:

25,000 - 30,000 P/A basic salary with uncapped bonus structure and potential for yearly salary increase based on performance and attitude

Omnia Machinery Group are looking for highly ambitious, money driven people to join a young, dynamic team in the heavy equipment industry.

The job is simple.

- Contact construction firms across the UK and Europe to find out what they have for sale. We handle the sale of equipment for companies ranging from the millions to billions of pounds in turnover, so expect to be involved in high level deals from the outset.

- Negotiate terms and pricing for the purchase of the machinery.

- Sit back and watch the commission roll in when the machine sells.

There are no requirements or qualifications for this role but we do require an enthusiastic mindset and the willingness to pick up the phone and have a conversation with someone - the rest we can teach. Experience in the construction or plant industries is beneficial however not mandatory

We also like our staff to meet their customers. Expect regular, all expenses paid travel ... if a customer wants to inspect your machine, then you're going to meet with them.

Now the bit you all want to know... the starting salary is 25-30k per year plus all the usual benefits. 25k commission in your first year is more than achievable and once your pipeline fills then the world is your oyster
