We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and driving the growth of our organisation. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in sales and business development
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Dealing with customers both face to face and over the phone giving excellent product advice.
Providing quotations and following up.
Qualifications
Proven experience in business development or sales management, in the brick sales industry.
Strong knowledge of various bricks and associated products is essential.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment is essential.
A proactive approach to problem-solving with a strong attention to detail.
Good telephone manner
Computer literate
