adi Electrical Compliance Business Development Manager

About the Role





As a Business Development Manager, your main job is to help the Compliance division at adi Electrical grow and expand. You will focus on finding new business opportunities, building strong relationships with clients, and increasing sales. You will work closely with other teams to create and carry out plans that support the company's goals. To succeed in this role, you need to understand the electrical industry and have strong communication and negotiation skills.


Specifically, your key responsibilities will include:



Working closely with the Compliance Sales Manager to develop adi Group's opportunities.

Achieve revenue and opportunity conversion aspirations in line with customer development plans.

Developing strategic relationships to grow the adi Electrical Compliance business as well as adi Group opportunities.

Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and potential clients in the electrical industry.

Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understand their needs and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements for both the company and the client.


About you



We would like to hear from you if you have:


Proven experience in business development, preferably in the electrical or manufacturing industry.

Strong understanding of electrical systems, technologies, and market dynamics.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strategic thinking and the ability to develop and implement effective business plans.

Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
