Role Overview:
They are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Business Development Manager
to lead growth strategies, expand market presence, and drive global sales. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated professional with proven sales success and leadership ability to make a significant impact with a dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities across domestic and international markets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and internal teams.
Lead sales negotiations, manage contracts, and close deals.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and support production planning.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform growth strategies.
Represent the client at trade shows, exhibitions, and international events.
Collaborate with marketing on campaigns, setting KPIs and tracking performance.
Mentor, motivate, and manage the sales team to achieve targets.
Drive development of new growth opportunities and product expansion.
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience in business development, sales, or a related role.
Strong commercial awareness and ability to negotiate high-value contracts.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to travel internationally.
A second language (such as French, Spanish, Arabic, or German) is highly desirable.
Experience in the waste management, engineering, or manufacturing sector is a plus.
Passionate, driven, and able to bring energy to the team.
