Active Print Services Limited is a print solutions provider based in Camberley, Surrey. We support UK businesses with high-quality print, promotional merchandise, marketing materials, and signage. As we grow, we're seeking an ambitious Business Development Manager with a strong B2B sales background to drive new business and expand existing accounts.
Your Role
As our Business Development Manager, you will:
Proactively generate new B2B leads through outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, networking and referrals
Secure face-to-face or phone appointments with decision-makers
Build and nurture client relationships -- from initial enquiry to post-sale account management
Maintain regular contact with existing clients to uncover new opportunities
Use our CRM to track all sales activity and pipeline progress
Achieve and exceed monthly activity and revenue targets
Work independently with drive, initiative, and resilience
Manage the entire sales cycle yourself initially, with potential to build a small support team as the role grows
What We're Looking For
A proven track record in B2B sales, with experience in lead generation and account management
Strong negotiation and closing skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A self-starter with the confidence to work under their own initiative
A competitive nature with a strong desire to succeed and outperform targets
High level of self-motivation and professionalism
Good IT skills and experience using CRM software
Full UK driving licence (use of own vehicle initially; mileage paid)
Positive attitude, team player, and comfortable working independently

35,000 salary OTE 50,000+
3% uncapped commission
