Comms Unite is a leading technology company specialising in IT & Telecoms and we are looking to add an experienced salesperson to our growing team. With a great reputation within the industry, this would be the perfect opportunity for a business development manager to take the next step and further their career within our ever-growing team.

This is a superb opportunity for an experienced salesperson to expand and better existing interpersonal skills with new clients. Regular training and development support are provided through the company sales academy.

Basic Salary 31,000 with uncapped commission (60,000 - 100,000 OTE).

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES FOR A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER:



Source and explore new business opportunities in the commercial by active lead generation

Create a detailed pipeline of opportunities to reflect and support targets

Weekly meetings with Sales Manager and Company Directors

Work closing with the Sales Department and the Sales Manager

Working to set targets

Generate and provide reports to the sales manager and other relevant individuals

Work with and alongside other departments to maximise sales opportunities and quality of customer service

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR A BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE:



At least 2 years' experience in a direct sales role

A drive to succeed and earn big

Must have a valid UK Driving License

Experience having sold IT or Telecoms services is advantageous

Proven ability to hit and exceed targets

Excellent presentational and negotiation skills

A fun and vibrant induvial, who is keen to come into a fast-paced Sales Team with the eagerness to learn and develop their skills

Ability to travel where and as required

Strong business acumen

Fantastic use of Office 365

CRM Experience is advantageous
